Both clients and the team get to choose whether they want to work together. Our business model is based on the belief that long-lasting partnerships must be beneficial and rewarding for everyone involved.
The whole team works remotely either in a shared office or working from the home office which means communication with our clients is one of our most important aspects.
We rely heavily on the many communication apps out there including WhatsApp, Email, Slack (chat app), Google Meet, text messages and the trusty phone calls. Don’t worry, you don’t have to use them all. We can work together to decipher which direction fits your end goal the best.
Flexibility is key for our clients and us. If your business is one that scales up and down month to month (or even week to week) we are more than accommodating to put in more hours when needed and pull back when it’s not. We’re lead by our clients and fit in with how your business works. We’re also available to you during full-time, normal office hours so don’t be afraid of flicking requests through dare I say – anytime?!
