Ashleigh is a virtual assistant with a robust knack for organisation, excelling in finance and having expertise in Xero Payroll, accounts payable and receivable, debt collection, and monthly account reconciliation. Ashleigh finds deep fulfilment in leveraging her organisational prowess to support small businesses, enabling them to achieve growth and success. In her leisure time, she treasures moments with her children, delighting in their laughter and playfulness while savouring a comforting cup of coffee.

Bookkeeping/Payroll
​Jenny has joined the VA team to support our clients with high-level bookkeeping and payroll. She has a strong background in accounts management and was keen to join VA for more flexible hours.
Holds Certificate in Bookkeeping (NZQA credits), Xero cert, NZ Payroll Practitioners Cert in Payroll Calcs and an Honours in BA Economics.

Iris is an art enthusiast with a diverse skill set and a remarkable work ethic. She finds fulfillment in serving and helping others, bringing a unique blend of creativity and dedication to every task. Iris is a team player, excels in collaborative environments and is known for her excellent communication skills. Her core VA skills include creative thinking and outside-the-box problem solving, as well as proficiency in tech and programs such as Lightroom, Meta Suite, Canva and Shopify. In her spare time, you can find Iris in her art studio creating, tending to her veggie garden, or out on the farm with her dogs.
ROSIE HALE
Visual Design/Admin
Rosie brings a unique blend of creativity and organisation to the VA team, with experience across graphic design and administration. She holds a Bachelor of Design Innovation from Victoria University of Wellington, majoring in Communication Design and minoring in Business Management, giving her both a keen design eye and a strategic mindset. Passionate about social media, visual storytelling, and clear communication, Rosie is skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Whether she’s designing eye-catching graphics or streamlining behind-the-scenes processes, she loves turning ideas into impact and helping projects run seamlessly.
